How will my Haro bike be delivered?

All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure carton. We recommend final assembly by a professional bicycle mechanic to ensure safety and validate your warranty.

What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that bicycles that have been fully assembled or ridden are subject to a restocking fee.

Do Haro bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every Haro frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while components and finish are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more control or sizing up for stability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Haro retailer in your country.
