At Haro Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
